F05/W05 - My England Betrayal (2-1 Net on Stabs in my favor)

So, I tricked England. I’m up 2-1 on betrayals. England is not happy (won’t post it as my kids read this - actually it was fairly timid but I’m being careful) :). Here’s the gist of it:

Italy reaches out to me. He played it cool that Portugal got lost.

Meanwhile I reach out to Germany, hoping he sees that I am trying my best to keep FGI together as best I can, and hoping he can see I have some value towards him.

Meanwhile, Turkey was eliminated. A brief moment of joy erupts from me to the others.

I see what I can do with FGI, and I write a press called, oddly enough, “FGI.” Italy would have preferred England to take Spain, which I get, but I had the opposite feeling for understandable reasons.

Germany continues with his meta thoughts about where we stand, and a discussion ensues.

Here are the builds/disbands for the winter of 1905. No surprises, and I totally know that England officially hates me, and if I was England, I’d hate me, too.
